4 years ago I really went in on toning up, and killed myself to get the most in shape I ever have been.
But now all this muscle has gone again, and while I do miss the look of it, I look back and realise … I wasn’t actually any happier.

Just finished this EXCELLENT manga series on Netflix - 9.5/10. So, so well done. Very sad it’s over and almost decided to start it all over again straight away which is unheard of for me.
