When im not tending to dogs and kids, I’m probably reading historical romance and watching cooking reality TV shows.
It’s a really boring story! Every adaptation!

The movie goes rogue on Frankenstein’s childhood/background. The first hour of the movie truly is just wacky, but the second half gets a lot better when you get to the monster’s story.

They were really just winging it, and it shows.

For women I need bra size, waist, and hips. The height and weight barely help.

It made me realize how young they actually were and how annoying John and Paul probably were.

As if constantly doing the math to figure out if you’ll need to feed or pump while you’re out isn’t a logistical nightmare. Formula is so much easier. (I did both!)

TikTok is where I go for nonsense and occasional pop culture Hot Takes. Few people are actually smart on there.

I did before 2 mostly because I have summers off and I’d rather have a slightly less fun summer than have to change a 3-year-old’s diaper. Pick your poison: slightly longer potty training or a longer time in diapers.

My oldest would pedantically name all these characters and try to tell you the specs of their setups.

Ugh, the Goldfinch. I finished it for a book club, otherwise I would have stopped halfway though when I realized the book isn’t going anywhere with the plot or the characters.

One of my all time favorites.

Summer seasonal depression is the worst. It’s August. I’m sick of having my kids home. It’s too hot, and our house doesn’t have AC. The sun is up too long.

He looked like a greasy, wet dog and was anxious, not proud. It’s a pretty movie, but boy is it not for me.

At least Shakespeare in Love is a good movie (maybe not best picture, but really solid)

I had to unfollow that account years ago when it became all about pregnancy and trying to conceive. Just talk to me about toddler behavior, please!
