💬I do take collagen supplements — especially Type II to support joint health and early-onset arthritis. I also combine it with Ayurvedic practices like warm meals, Abhyanga (oil massage), and digestion-focused herbs.
For me, the combination of supplement + lifestyle has made all the difference. 💛
