Thats why i always shrug my shoulders because they dont listen and say its above my pay grade.
That doesnt help anything but i reported the problem they chose to let it persist

Love that corps not listening to employees then them losing thousands if not more because they dont want to fix things, is a constant in all job force. If they would just listen for once maybe their business would run alot smoother
