No. The atmosphere is full of smoke and soot which presumably is blocking blue/green light waves. The opposite effect can often be seen on highway in my province where heavy snow clouds filter red and yellow light, turning everything blue.

My sympathies, this was a few years back where I am, the moon as it appeared once the smoke had cleared and - alarmingly - the sun taken a few hours before sunset.

Can’t wait! I had to run a lawn mower on Wednesday, in complete darkness along a cliff and up and down a hairpin drive while holding a light with my feet! At this time of year I frequently end days having to rig lights on machinery or over areas.

Because it is not a big aggressive looking tube amplifier, the Roland Jazz chorus amp is rarely seen on stage. They are normally hidden behind the stacks, but Metallica are one of so many bands who owe so much to them. Lovely things.

That eat kelp were once again held in check by the otters. The kelp forests regenerated and the kelp forests are where plankton breed. With the plankton returning, whales have been bouncing back. About 5000 a year swim up this coast.

Update! I’ve been too focussed on the fall colours from my kitchen window, and just noticed there is a trace of snow on the mountain - just a trace. I use this mountain as my gauge of local snow. I’m too close to the ocean to get an accurate assessment. The last place to get snow!
