Maybe we spend too much time telling people to have long-term plans and goals instead of encouraging them to stay curious and see what they can learn. Someone asked me recently, will you be here in 30 years?

I don't think you have to know the answer for an experience—and a life—to be worth it.

I got a literary agent! Monica Odom at Odom Media Management is now representing my writing.

We've got a bunch of projects in the works and will hopefully go out submission this year with a poetry collection and a novel for adults. This has been a long time in the works and I'm excited!
