The Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service released its inaugural economic forecast for the Commonwealth of Virginia. Slated for quarterly release, the forecast tracks Virginia’s economic trends from 2024 to 2050.

Congratulations to the Cooper Center’s Executive Director Eric Scorsone on his appointment to the Commonwealth’s Joint Advisory Board of Economists. The Joint Advisory Board reviews economic assumptions, assesses economic forecasts, and advises on general fund revenue projections for the state.
