Donald Trump’s approval ratings across the board remain extremely low, but at the same time voters trust Republicans to handle those same issues more than Democrats in Congress.
It’s up to Democrats to fix this problem and change this trend.

While voters are souring on Trump, that hasn’t yet translated into gains for Democrats. Democrats need candidates who win the middle, not more extremism.
