Well, I guess it's a good thing they recognized the error of their ways... Pity it's children from poorer families who get to pay the price for their ignorance with poorer oral hygiene.

I'm not going to pretend to be an expert on the requirements of NORAD but I honestly didn't take much exception to what he said. It makes sense that if we have critical gaps in interoperability that it would need some tough re-evaluation.

Note that this report, being 2024 would be referring to @mark-carney.bsky.social's predecessor, Justin Trudeau. I expect a survey done today would likely be even more favourable.
