The MAGA cult loves Donald Trump more than their spouses.
Funny how his actions paved the way for WH staff to join the board

It's hard to avoid putting on my tinfoil hat in response to seeing this post.

but we have seen over and over that EOs do get elites to voluntarily play along in whatever ways they can

This water usage argument drives me nuts. Most Internet infrastructure has been water cooled for two decades. The alternative is WAY WORSE in fact. Every fucking thumbs up on X and IG has a water cost too but no one gives a shit about that because it's a different scary machine.

And lastly, why did the control treatment require delegation to the system as opposed to offering the Allocator to perform the transfer as in the AI experiment?
Thanks again!
November 5, 2025 at 1:30 AM
Was there a meaningful participant UX difference between the AI and survey control treatments? Survey tooling implies buttons to respond vs a chat dialog.
November 5, 2025 at 1:30 AM
Did you consider charging a portion of the allocator's distribution to use the AI instead of a time penalty?
November 5, 2025 at 1:30 AM
The paper describes an opportunity cost to using the AI to decide. Was this simply part of the instructions and initial choice ladder or was an actual time penalty incurred by those participants?
November 5, 2025 at 1:30 AM
I read the paper (what I could understand -- the deep statistics escapes me) and had a couple additional questions. Thanks for the engagement, btw.
My questions are mostly about the experiment design

I'm gonna wait till the results are known before deciding my level of care.
