Okay, there is still some BAD deformation going on at the shoulders as you can see here. But I did what I could with weight painting, the rest will be fixed with shapekeys.
He got teef, a Functional Tongue, jiggly physics in important places. Other than normal maps and textures I'd say he is Done??
