I'll agree that there's a difference between 15 and 8 but it's like

"very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very gross" vs "very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very gross" and not that meaningful of a distinction.

They're also an eye sore since most have their windows blocked out (assuming due to some regulations?) which doesn't help with the perception of them.
