Got the tanks set up on the bookshelf and got some majesty palms that came with a five stripe skink lol. He dropped his tail so we're keeping an eye on the lil guy till it heals over.

Cool cicada that hit our back door. Made a big enough thunk I thought it might be a bat. He flew away after his photoshoot and I found him smacking into the front floodlight.

Robber fly decided to stop by this morning they're so big.

Went plant shopping! Got two prickly pear cactus and some bright pollinators, sneezed and made the baby birds fly all over but at least I got some good pics of them!

Aristolochia tomentosa, a large heart shaped green leafy vine Juniper hair cap moss with Peltigera mixed in with it. Collinsia verna, a small blue and white flower with bright yellow balls of pollen in the center the top two petals are white while the bottom two are blue with a white stripe down the center. Wild blue phlox. Despite the name is a bright purple flower that grows in clusters.

My alocasia is getting pretty big and the cutting from it has a whole new leaf. I potted it last night and it's having a spa day with the rest of the high humidity plants. I need a space that's a little less bright for them so they stop getting crispy. Tho I could tuck them under the prayer plant...
