Great tips. We did the stencils on our daughters Miranda cosplay after it was all sewn and with a home made stencil. Both things that made it harder that you call out how to fix here.

My girls. Spent so much time like this in the kitchen as kids making … things. Now: no wild onions going into everything (cookies included) & they know the difference between baking powder and soda. Love my big girls.

Planned Obsolescence: kitchen garbage can: good stainless steel, good electronics, good motor … all still working perfectly and all attached to and relying on a cheap plastic bit guaranteed to snap after a planned number of uses. This is why I quit Mechanical Engineering in college.

Collection of weaponry from my ancestry and travels. Started with the cane sword my grandfather gifted me, most fun is probably the shark cartilage sword and the machete with Amazon mud and stone sheath, ends with my ancestors blade Joyeuse of Charlemagne.

With our older kids schedules our big Thanksgiving meal is going to be on Saturday. Has still been a wonderful day of parades, dog shows, talking with family, and getting the house ready for the true reason for the season. Happy Holidays to all.
