The ridiculous energy created by BBC news on this topic is extraordinary. The devolved authorities in the local community have made a decision, live with it. Our political leadership providing commentary on local decisions is not helpful and undermines community cohesion. #DevolvedGov #WMCA

Genuinely fascinating interview, what an invested and articulate lady. A true force of nature. Unusual for Rory and Alistair to have so few comments to make post interview. My sense, they were both left with something personal to reflect on. Loved the dig at Starmer. More please.
