Definitely not normal, one of my coworkers does this and where I work is so small everybody, including patients, can hear every conversation she has. 90% of the time shes on the speakerphone with some random guy she met online and its a different guy every week its pretty uncomfortable to be around

The one I use is called DigiPaws, its open source and on github and only available on Android at the moment, but I imagine alternatives exist. Has quite a few different features

I have this thing on my phone where I set a couple apps like instagram to not open unless I sit through a 30 second timer first, has helped tremendously

Many such cases. I feel like so many different popular series just aren't that great. History has shown time and time again that popularity or culture has pretty much nothing to do with how good something is. Solo leveling surely the best anime released..

I wanna gush over it so badly lol. They did a really great job with the adaptation and my fucking god the music and soundtrack added so much that I didn't even know was missing. My poor heart isnt gonna be able to handle the next arcs of the Manga animated :(
