Same, I've also discovered a lot of brands are made in Canada like Lay's and Oreos, they have different ingredients than US version

I've done this, and it didn't help my anxiety, although it did help my acid reflux. Unfortunately, daily exercise, meditation, and constantly monitoring my thoughts are what help me. It's a full time job managing anxiety.
