I've been absolutely in love with the new ultimate universe. It's been at worst like a 7/10.

became my favorite game this year. up til then it'd been another Atlus game, Digital Devil Saga 2, but this game is simply impeccable.
I went and did a whole replay to see bad endings and to 100% it too. (helps that by the end of the 1st playthrough i'd already gotten like 93% of achievements)

Golden Sun, even despite it's cult following and critical acclaim feels like such an underrated game.
Genuinely just a fantastic rpg through and through.
By the by, if you like stuff like GS, Mario RPG, M&L, Chrono Trigger or Final Fantasy 6, I'd recommend you play Sea of Stars.
