Thank you for the CS episode. While I disagree with much of what you said, you argue in good faith and it gave me some things to think about.

But shouldn't the American people get to decide how much immigration they want? Democrats and mainstream Republicans weren't going to cut it. So, they elected the one guy who might.

"But, he's destroying our norms!" you say. The people weren't given an option to cut immigration and keep our norms.

I'm not sure what you mean by "even less of a problem". It has been a problem since Eisenhower. Reagan's amnesty was supposed to be the end of it.

The narrative until recently was "We're going to turn this country blue with immigrants, and the right can't stop us!"

Agree situation is destructive.

Thank you for responding, even though I'm an anonymous nobody who disagrees with you.

Elon Musk is one of your biggest fans, and wields enormous power and influence. Maybe he'd be willing to talk to you, on or off the air?

I look forward to your next CS, and I promise to listen with an open mind.

It's not people "addicted to conservative propaganda". It's people who didn't like the fact that millions of new people were being imported in order to flip the country permanently blue, and decided to elect someone who would stop it.

I respect you, Dan, but the left never cared about "norms".

From the point of view of someone on the right, the norms were always just marketing. The left illegally brought in millions of new people in order to secure a permanent majority, for example. Now that the right wields power, the left wants to talk about norms?

I want to hear your take, regardless.
