First #hyrox session at the new gym. Not done a lot of cardio whilst doing #CrossFit so it was a bit of a shock.

More like I was used to at Sweat Shed and I think I held my own. So, happy.

Main focus is dropping 28lbs now.

I’ve passed it so many times but never been in Ca Phe Viet in Ancoats so went in for the first time today.

The staff were friendly and the food was great.

Walking to work in Chelsea, NYC and passed some iconic buildings.

The next few years my focus is on emigrating and I’d love it to be to the east Coast.
