Happy #WebcomicWednesday my good peeps! Unfortunately have been needing to stretch out my timeline for getting new entries entered bc Paperwork Purgatory came back with a strong deadline. But! I have been chipping away at a few manga series like "Confessions of a Shy Baker". Good way to chill!

We also seem to have hit a few milestones while I've been working on irl stuff. 3k followers on Bluesky, +2.8 million views on the database, AND there's now +2.4k comics documented to explore. It's really comforting to know I can take a break and folks are still finding this project. Thank yall!

I got a bunch of pins from the Lackadaisy kickstarter a yesterday and honestly, I completely forgot I had even ordered these. I pledged while I was in hospital and recovering from emergency surgery so... thanks 2 years ago me! You have solid taste!

Happy #Webcomic Wednesday, my good peeps! Yesterday, I got my copy of Muted Volume 1 by @mirandamundt.bsky.social. I really need to make more space on my shelves, but Im so happy to add it to my physical collection!

It's also been a minute since I've shown progress on my RSS feed backlog. Since I've been focusing on my print and download series the past couple of months it's gotten a bit longer but I'm still reading the webcomics that I'm fully caught up on.

Happy #WebcomicWednesday! I started trying to consolidate all of my download comics into Calibre and have +350 files sorted so far! Alas, I realized that in my transfer to a new laptop last year I lost my previous download collection so I have a lot of searching to do.

I won so hard this evening! So I got the 1st and 3rd Volumes of "The Less than Epic Adventures of TJ and Amal" by @bigbigtruck.com at Staple! 2018/19. Since the individual volumes have been trades for the Omnibus I wasn't sure If I ever get to complete the set. Then I walk into half price books and!

Sooo I have started playing with a new toy (calibre-ebook.com) to help me consolidate all of my downloaded comics hoard and have gone down the rabbit hole. I've spent the past 2 days adding everything and I'm not even done with my itch.io library yet. I do this to myself for the love and pain.

The Webcomic Library Tumblr managed to hit 2,000 followers! Considering you literally can't find the blog or any of the posts from the blog on there I'm shocked we managed to hit that milestone. Not too shabby for being on there for over 8.5 years!

Ooo looks like I got the first part of the goodies I grabbed from the Hiveworks sale last month! This includes a sticker set from Paranatural, an enamel pin from How to be a Werewolf, and a keychain trio from Life of Melody. Can't wait to get the books as well!

Finished up reading Coming Back this morning! I got this copy from the creator Jessi Zabarsky at TCAF 2024 and am really happy to finally add it to the WCL database. I love the color pallet of this series and fairytale like plot. Very beautiful read! tagpacker.com/user/webcomi...

Another check in: been working more on my Tapas backlog the past few weeks. gonna be traveling a bit next month which is when I normally like getting through more of the PDF series in my stash. Don't worry though I'll keep myself humbled by buying more stuff at Staple! The hoard only grows..

So this is a more personal milestone. I got on Tumblr back in 2014 and kinda stuck around since. It's the one social media spot I've maintained a personal account just for reblogging things I enjoy. After +10 years I have liked 1,000,000 posts across all my accounts. Good or bad thing, you decide.
