Yes. The pricing is based on the type and size of the 'executor' that runs the configured build steps. Could be a docker container, Linux/Windows/MacOS vm, or high powered GPU.

I'm surprised by this. Is it a public project I can peak at? We've run some pretty intensive benchmarking and consistently outperform our peers. I'd like to know what's different here.
