Its in the US but you can register the rod here and submit a repair request send pictures etc. dont need to be original owner. farbank.com/pages/produc... had my response repaired but end was snapped was like $95 plus shipping cost to them they ship it back for free. Good Luck.

When i started into the fly fishing game it was clearly an imperative my aquarium hobby had to go for exactly this reason. 😆
