You're making the boring assumption that overweight people are the only ones costing the NHS. You can have a lower BMI & have a lifestyle leading to poor health & needing treatment, eg drinking, smoking, not exercising. Some people eat badly, don't put on weight but still have related health issues.

Truly the best final yet. All them would we winners any other year, but this was definitely Chris and Dianne's glitterball. I've never been emotionally connected to dancing as much as I have watching them this series. Simply awe inspiring.
