They want Musk’s money to support MAGA candidates in midterms and Vance when he runs for President. And they don’t want to risk him funding opposing candidates. The only reason they want to repair relationship.

Are they able to counter sue him? Not sure what the legal grounds are to sue him for defaming them, tarnishing their name/brand image, inhibiting their ability to do business and harassing them with frivolous lawsuits.
