The problem with forcing based estimates, is that this doesn't take into account the recent aerosol forcing increase.
The IPCC methodology assumes natural aerosols from e.g. forest fires are anthropogenic (but their CO₂ isn't..).

current tv news reports appear to be leading with what seems to be a complete non-story, I don’t know what to call it. Mason trying to say Reeves misled people by not saying some things she didn’t say, but journalists thought she was hinting at! Has getting at the current govt become default???
