I just wanted to share something I learned in church today, we can sometimes get down on ourselves, and start to see the negatives more and more in our lives. I have found myself doing that plenty of times, but something that was said in church today, has helped me, one of my friends said

I was listening to a talk today, from the October 2024 General Conference of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, the talk is entitled "Ye Are My Friends" by Elder David L. Buckner. He talks about how the Savior has called us to build higher and holier relationships with one another.
