As a national traitor, and security risk I was expecting a sentence double that and a term in the Tower for his treachery. For such an offence, the punishment has needed reviewing since it became 'uncivil' to take off heads with a well honed axe.....

Trump has not lived in Scotland..his mother did until she was 18. Equally Trump did not live in Germany,nor did his father...both were born in New York. He has never visited Kallstadt,home of his grandfather and allegedly, residents have nothing good to say of them.

I'll 2nd that. I would like to add, on balance, 'the orange ones' abuse of the UK (assisted by JD Vance during summer),wrecking the '80 + years special friendship' which existed while King + country bent over to accomodate Trump far outweighs his ' scuffed ego' and don't forget Molly Forbes RIP

Lets stop there. He was not born there,he did not live there as a child..he was born and raised in New York. His mother was born and raised on the Isle of Lewis but emigrated at age 18 to USA in 1930.
