I'm only 15 pages in, and I'm hooked! Eagle Days goes way deeper than just dogfights and aircraft. It presents the struggle in a whole new light. Get yourself a copy, because you can't borrow mine! 😊 Thanks @spitfirefilly.bsky.social

Well, it's finally here in Colorado! I'm cleaning my reading glasses, and looking forward to spending a long time with Eagle Days, by Dr. Victoria Taylor. I suppose the timing is apt, since 85 years ago the Battle of Britain was in its early stages. This is gonna be good! @spitfirefilly.bsky.social

This is a small neighborly service I do for the residents of Elbert County, Colorado. The county is just southeast of Denver, with an interesting population of folks who consider it a Denver suburb, while others maintain it's a rural location. Frankly, I prefer the latter. #cowx
