You can report issues like these to the e-mail address at www.weasyl.com/help/faq#con.... (We have plans to add better on-site reporting options in the near future – for comments, messages, profile pages, and general issues – and we’ll update the FAQ entry then. But for now, e-mail is the fastest.)

Thank you for the report! I think we’ve handled this one – could you confirm that it was a private message that has since been replaced with “[phishing message removed by Weasyl staff]”?

It should be fixed now! Thank you for the report.

And we're back!

We'll try to make the next update we post something more exciting. 🙂

So, congrats, you found a bug! We've deployed a fix, and you should be able to block that tag now. Sorry for the inconvenience!

That is a good question! Checking on that here

Yes, that post would be General. We'll review the rating guidelines; thank you for bringing this up!

Thank you for the report! We had to fix a few more issues that were making the site go down sporadically, but everything should be working now.

Hi! Where did you see a reference to "moderate"? We removed that rating in 2017, but we might have missed a spot.

Probably not. Our coding resources are limited and we have a lot of things we want to do still. That being said, our website does work on mobile, and we also have an open API, if someone did want to try their hand at making an app!

Okay! So as you may have noticed, we're back up. We hit a very interesting edge case on the server when we rebooted it. Thanks for your patience!

For the technical folks, the issue was a corrupt ZFS cache file causing not all the zpools to load on boot.

And of course, something had to go wrong with the updates. Sorry for the delay! We're working on the issue now. No concerns about data, just looks like an access issue right now.

I'm not sure how your screenshots are cropped compared to what you're actually seeing, but they don't look like nothing from here! (By the way, our support address is support@weasyl.dev; DMs work too if you prefer.)

Hi! What's broken?
November 22, 2024 at 2:00 PM
Thanks for the report! We accidentally blocked it while blocking some suspicious scrapers. It should be fixed now!

We have a lot of things around staffing and site structure in flux right now, but will definitely keep you in mind! Also good luck with the FA mod team! They can also use the help. :)
