It’s not down to a few replacement PCs (if only life was that simple) these are complex multi functional & interactive/inter-operational systems. Some of these comments are as ignorant as the Farage mobs. I know I actually worked in LAs for 35 years. They cost money.

Let’s be clear. IT staff in LAs know what needs to be done. Problem is lack of funds. Often comes down to: let’s have more support for vulnerable children or fixing potholes. This patronising approach from people who don’t know how difficult things have been in Local Government !

You are wrong. I spent 30 years working in the actual system. You advised Gove end of for me. Gove the clown that spent money sending a King James Bible to every school. You should humbly reflect on that - but I know you won’t.
