It’s always about sending a message with these things. They need to terrify anyone thinking of finding Israel’s genocide. Or opposing the Trump admin in any way.

Sadly both parties have been complicit in allowing these things. We’re finally seeing someone willing to go full bore into authoritarianism and we’re fucked.
