Curious to see what model was the most popular over the weekend. Though given that Anthropic is consistently rate limited, I think they'll be the LLM of choice.

I'll be honest, like most platforms, the algorithm keeps things pretty secret, so I can't be 100% sure. I only shared how grateful I am for having a small number of subscribers.

I wrote it more for my followers than gaining traction. Maybe the algorithm likes authentic posts.

Just a heads up: If you're on Substack and want to boost your growth, try using Notes. I was pretty skeptical when they added the feature, but after being a bit more active there, my follower count has jumped 25% in just 48 hours.

If CMF (Nothing) designed vehicles it might look a little like this. I love it.

I petted a pig today. Here's what it taught me about B2B sales...

Most founders don’t hate marketing.
They hate shouting.
Good marketing isn’t loud.
It’s helpful, consistent, and easy to trust.
April 19, 2025 at 10:49 AM
You don’t need a big audience.
You need the right one.
500 people who trust you.
5,000 who scroll past you.
Depth over noise.

Want more MRR?
Simplify your offer.
Talk to your users.
Send more emails.
Show up every week.
Most people don’t have a growth problem.
They have a focus problem.

Whenever you trademark something in America, you get this silly little certificate with the term you trademarked.

In this instance, Figma trademarking DEV MODE.

Don’t chase virality.
Chase clarity.
One clear offer.
One audience.
One message.
Repeat it until people know you for it.

The best founder trait? Unreasonable consistency.

Keep showing up. Even when no one claps.

Even when growth is slow. Even when you're tired of your own idea.

That first $100 MRR is painful.
$500 MRR is painful still.
You feel like nothing’s working.
But once you find the lever,
$500 becomes $1,500.
Then $3K.
It snowballs if you stay steady.

I used to genuinely think being a founder meant working 14 hours a day.

Now I know: If I can't take a walk without checking my emails, the business is running me, not the other way around.

Just don't mention Nvidia to him.

Build your product.
Talk to people.
Ship small.
Repeat.
If it gets too complicated,
you’ve probably lost focus.
April 12, 2025 at 11:03 AM
MRR looks good in a spreadsheet.

But until you have at least 3 months of expenses covered, you don’t feel safe.

Recurring revenue buys time.
And time buys better decisions.

I have 147 followers here on Bluesky. Which coincidentally is also my favourite small Alfa.

Look at it. 🥰
