It felt a bit like summer in Chester today 🌞 Great to see so many enjoying being by the river or sitting outside
Many people can be seen along the Groves by the River Dee in Chester. Some pleasure boats are on the water and a seagull is flying above the water.

We do have some quirky and eye-catching parades here in Chester. Winter Watch is one of them, and it was brilliant to catch this, combined with the Saturnalia celebration, on Thursday evening ✨ 🎄 💀

Great to see Chester so busy and so festive today ⛄️🎄❄️
A number of people are queuing to take selfies or photos inside the golden giant bauble that is lit up outside Chester Market. People are walking along Northgate Street with Christmas market stalls either side and a Christmas tree and fairy lights on the right hand side near to the town hall.
