So…i was an attorney who represented people in disability cases. It took only a year to learn how impossible our health care system makes it, even more so under Trump’s term. The trauma I witnessed on a daily basis on my caseload, the desperation…let me share some thoughts /1
It hasn’t failed us bc it hasn’t failed. It’s inadequate. Ppl aren’t dying in droves in ERs. You can receive medical treatment every day. There are safety nets like Medicaid. Our medical industry is a whole lot better since the ACA was passed.
