UPDATE 2024: Our 2 sqkm #Downtownyyj neighbourhood absorbed 518 new residential units/yr for the past 5 yrs with ~5500 more in the pipeline & CityOfVictoria has failed to provide ANY community amenities other than 2 public toilets.
