Para 69. “Lack of engagement”. It isn’t like every Local Authority area has an annual LHN figure which could be planned for?

I’d be inclined to believe it can be retained. And without this evidence, how can anyone come to an informed decision on its future? This is the basis of our objection. We’ll keep you posted on this one, friends.

And – call me an old cynic. Go on. I won’t mind. But an application prepared and submitted without clear evidence of its ‘alleged’ deterioration and no information on the costs associated with repairing the building?

The Council’s agreed to add all the new settlements to the retail hierarchy through modifications. However, Worcestershire Parkway will be on the same tier as Droitwich, Malvern and Pershore. We think this is risky given its proximity to Worcester. We will push back for it to be scaled down.
