Next Monday (27th) 8 out of 10 courts at the CCC are “not sitting” which is almost half. And it all started in 2010 when the Conservatives began to cut the sitting days. Reduced courts have led to fewer barristers and so now even if they remove the cap they won’t be able to occupy the courts.

There has been a huge migration of the legal twitteratti which has been very good and it feels like the “old times”. My anxiety about a similar Anglican migration is that it could only import toxicity.
