How about using September 22nd, 2025? That was the day MAGA fascists declared antifascism to be domestic terrorism. Seems unambiguous.

For 250 years, the US justice system had of three parts: police, prosecutors, and courts.

1) Police apprehend suspects.
2) Prosecutors presented the case to a court.
3) Judges (with juries) determined guilt and punishment at court.

ICE now claims the right to act as police, prosecutor, and court.

And you can’t take that to the bank.
