One of my students sent me this. I am beyond proud of him.

I love that I can go outside and pick multiple handfuls of delicious grape tomatoes.

I am excited for the cherry and beefsteak tomatoes to start fruiting in a few months. The greenhouse should be done by then.

I have a few(80) tomato plants in addition to growing mushrooms. The red of this grape tomato is perfect.

Never seen an oyster this aggressive. Rye-berry, coffee grounds, avocado sawdust. I have dead avocado trees to feed to the fungi and so far it seems to be almost like a growth hormone. I inoculated this jar 24 hours ago with 1:28 ratio by volume. #mycology #fungifriends #Fungi

Small batch test for growth on 3-year-old logs.

Losing my funding means I get to do something I enjoy. Reverse engineering and rebuilding 50-year-old machines that have not functioned in 40+ years. I'm neither an electrician nor familiar with this Midi-Still water distiller but I have ADHD and a base-level understanding of electronics. #mycology

I try my best to make sure my fungi have the best substrates I can give them. That included going through all grain to pick out all the Ergot and beetle larvae. This is the only downside I find to using organic rye-berry. #Mycology #Process #SterilTek #VidWontUpload
