Similar daylight harms were refused at Vauxhall and Kennington. A govt Inspector agreed. Even the Tory Sec of State stopped similar daylight harm on the Albert Embankment.
 
Even the Lambeth Plan says this shoudn’t be permitted.
 
But what do they care? They’ll be gone next May
