Like a lot of real estate insiders, Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates' Todd Alexander said deals are taking a bit longer to finalize, given uncertainty and market conditions.
The UWCM used $500,000 in seed investments from its United Response Fund, knowing that 80,000 individuals in its service area are affected by food insecurity, 53,000 of which in Worcester specifically.

Morgan Ebin, who most recently served as the chief operating officer at Flexcon’s parent company 44 Maple Group, is now the COO of Flexcon itself.
