In the fridge for a week, an eggplant and a bunch of Agaricus, in the same paper bag. One mushroom, pressed against the eggplant, caused a brown patch. It expanded to engulf the entire eggplant.
Now I'm like the original discoverer of yogurt? Must try it with other veggies, live animals, etc.
