If jobs dont want to read 100s of applications, then just ask for a single paragraph of what job experience I have relating to the job and save us both the time. Dont make me fill everything out when youre not even going to look at it anyway. Im so tired of this shit.

Are they expecting me to go "Well, in my banking customer service call center job, I answered phone calls and assisted customers with their banking needs." The application already asked for a list of things I did in the job, read the fucking application you made me fill out.
