My grandparents (maternal) were the opposite… they had email before I did. They had satellite tv when having satellite tv meant having a HUGE DISH in their yard. My Grandpa died in ‘98 and my Grandma had trouble with tech in the last years before she died…

My usual go to is sliced apples, cheese, peanut butter, pickles, olives, and whatever fruit preserves I have in my fridge. Though I realize this may not qualify as low fat. My primary concerns are low carb and high sodium for my health issues.

I know realize this is just a cheap charcuterie meal.
