I would not be worried unless it does affect your life in a /neg way but I relate to this very hard. When The Body dissociates its like noones at the wheel and daydreaming becomes a stage play in the mind with all of ourselves having a sitcom. The Body reacts heavily to this but hasnt been /neg yet.

I'm talking about Rage. She doesn't appear often at all but when triggered it's like trying to herd a rabid badger.
