I saw some photos of some of the downtown tunnel station back rooms filled with old office equipment. It looked like King County didn't clean up before they handed it over to Sound Transit and they needed to call a Junk removal service.

Lots of good ideas here. I never thought about the size of some of these underground stations being a major cost.
