An anniversary worth marking.

I'm sure we're going to see the very people who have trashed its legacy seek to appropriate WW2 today - so let's remember what was really fought for: peace, a more united Europe, a land fit for heroes (mark 2) and the defeat of fascism.

I have relief rolled on some BIG ground. Exposing some of the lines. Another aquatint over the top & off it goes into the ferric once again (to get some deeper grooves)

It may not have been what both bands had in mind when releasing their albums this year, but @themoonlandingz.bsky.social & @viagraboys.bsky.social had me dancing around the allotment earlier and have both been on repeat since (I went for a pint). Absolute pair of bangers, and hilarious lyrics too.
