Trump has said retired Army General Mark Milley, the former chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, should be tried for treason. He even suggested in 2023 that Milley should be executed.

Would he? He certainly has a palpable hatred toward Milley But, if he does, he will never control the military.

Who is going to make up Trump's "Brownshirts". Will it be the J6 criminals that he releases from prison? He needs sycophants that are brutal, brainwashed, and would revel in the dirty work Trump has promised to unleash upon his enemies.

So how is Trump going to go after the "liberal scum" that he has called out and accused of treason? Military tribunals, detention camps, arrest without cause? A firing squad for Nancy Pelosi that he hinted at? The list includes judges, prosecutors, Senators, congressmen, journalists, and tv execs.

Neither the declaration of a "national emergency" or "martial law" gives a president the authority to deploy the military within the borders of the United States.

Tariffs are not paid by foreign countries. They're paid by the "importer of record". Period.
