I guess I’m weird, I can absolutely listen to music while working. I can even do podcasts and audiobooks, depending on what I’m doing.

I 100% agree. I don’t wish any ill will on him, but if he’s not able to adequately represent his constituents, then he should retire, as you say, to take care of himself.
